Hi-Lo Ponytail Hat -- a loom knit pattern

Loom knit yourself a hat that allows you to wear your ponytail lower on your neck or up higher on your head, depending on your mood or style. The fabric and texture of this hat copies my most popular pattern, the Brighton Beanie.

This hat is knit on any 3/8” gauge loom, set to 68 pegs for knitting in the round – Knitting Board’s Adjustable Multi-Knit Loom or the All N One loom work great for this hat.

The Hi-Lo Ponytail Hat uses approximately 120 yards of a bulky weight (#5) yarn. Willow Yarns Burrow yarn (a bulky #5) in the Chai colorway was used in the sample.

The pattern is suitable for a intermediate loom knitter.
